Van Aalst Marine & Offshore Secures Contract for Advanced Bulkhandling System on Major Offshore Project

Dordrecht, Netherlands — Van Aalst Marine & Offshore is proud to announce the successful acquisition of a significant contract to provide its state-of-the-art Bulkhandling system for a new project with CRIST S.A. Poland, supporting operations for DOF in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The contract involves the integration of Van Aalst’s Bulkhandling system with Safeway’s Seagull gangway system on a DP3-class, battery-hybrid Multi-Purpose Supply Vessel (MPSV). This vessel is designed to face the tough maritime challenges of Newfoundland’s harsh environment, where high seas, fog, and icebergs are common.

“Our Bulkhandling system is specifically engineered to handle the demanding logistics of offshore operations.
